There was a dispute on liability with regard to a statement made by the plaintiff in the police report in which he stated that he was going 45mph in a 30mph zone. In spite of the challenges and the fact that the case started with no settlement offer, Mr. Rowley and his legal team effectively proved that the accident victim deserved compensation for his distress.
